Week 4 - Assignment 2

List of the student's apparent strengths and needs :

Strengths
Student reads grade level material independently. Student quickly self-corrects and solves words. Student makes adequate use of meaning, structure and visual cues. She ensures her Reading sounds and appears correctly. Student is able to comprehend and retell what she has read in order. Students fluency and pronunciation of words were consistently good.

Needs:
Student must pay keen attention not to read singular words as plural by adding a (s) at the end of the words. Student must pay close attention to the tense of the words, not reading present as past  or vice versa. Student must be careful not to add words to already completed sentences. Lastly, student needs to correctly read words such as 'through' and 'tails'.

  1. She was a good reader! I wonder what grade level it was? Kindergarten or 1st maybe?
